The TREATMENT ALGORITHM is based on 'Glaucoma: Evidence-Based Treatment Guidelines' by Anne Coleman, Md, PhD, published and distributed by Thompson PDR in 2004-5. This aids in deciding what glaucoma medications should be used and in what order. As the Yes (' Y ') or No (' N ') choices are made, the next decision question is displayed. Changing an initial Yes or No answer early in the algorithm will up update the subsequent algorithm displays.
